  • Is your home cluttered? A good quick refresh can help you get multiple bids and maybe even more than you expected. Would it look better empty? Just asking for a friend.

  • Get professional photos. Amazing sunrises or sunsets, show it off. Should we use a drone? Sell the lifestyle.

  • Got great neighbors, they are good for resale. Along with the occasional cup of sugar.

  • Pre-Listing home inspection. No unwanted surprises.

  • Extra out-buildings that cost a fortune to build and yet hard to price. They may be the feature that sells your property. Many want a place to retire, or spend time…. away from each other. No Judgments.

  • Be willing to negotiate. I’ll keep you from your ego shooting you in the foot. Been there done that.
